Description:
Let’s use this small group, hands-on class to introduce you to a variety of free motion quilting designs.
We will look at how to create/draw them, practice stitching them, and show you how to use them in many of ways to fill your quilt blocks and borders.
We’ll talk about how to use minimal markings to help guide you in creating the designs, look at using stencils for guides, and talk about other
techniques like echo quilting. I’d love it if you brought in quilts you need to finish, and we can brainstorm ideas specific to your quilt and your skill level,
sending you home with a plan! There will also be plenty of time to work hands-on at the longarm and you will go home with your project!
** All classes will be adapted to experience levels of participants and will help progress learnings from my prior classes if you’ve attended them.**
